By using Aitoarvio (aitoarvio.fi) you agree to these terms. The site is run by Mir Hasan Jamil, Finland (contact@aitoarvio.fi).

1. What Aitoarvio is

Aitoarvio is an independent website where people share reviews of brands, products and services available in Finland, and where we show information about who owns each brand.

2. Writing reviews

• You must be at least 15 years old to write a review.
• Your review must be based on your own real experience.
• You must not be paid, or given anything, for your review unless you clearly say so in the review.
• You must not review your own company, your employer, or a competitor.
• Reviews must follow our Review Guidelines.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. By submitting a review you give Aitoarvio a free, non-exclusive right to publish, display and share it on the website and in Aitoarvio’s own channels (for example social media posts about the review). You can ask us to delete your review at any time.

You are responsible for what you write. Do not post anything false, illegal, or anything that violates someone else’s rights.

4. Checking and removing content

Every review is checked before it is published. We may reject, hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the Review Guidelines. We do not remove reviews just because they are negative or because a company asks us to.

5. Brand information

Brand, company and ownership information is collected from public sources and may contain mistakes or be out of date. If you notice an error, please tell us at contact@aitoarvio.fi. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify the brand being reviewed; their display does not mean the brand endorses Aitoarvio.

6. No guarantee

Reviews are the personal opinions of their writers, not of Aitoarvio. We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, correct or always online. Use the information at your own judgement.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

8. Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers can also contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
