About Aitoarvio

Aitoarvio means “genuine review” in Finnish. It is a place for honest reviews of the brands, products and services people use in Finland, and for finding out who really owns them.

Why Aitoarvio exists

Many brands that look Finnish are owned by companies abroad, and many people living in Finland, especially newcomers, find it hard to know which products and services are good. Aitoarvio brings both answers together: real experiences from real customers, and clear information about the company behind each brand.

What makes us different

• Ownership on every brand page. See the company behind a brand and whether it is Finnish-owned or foreign-owned.
• Every review is checked by a person before it is published.
• Companies cannot pay to remove honest reviews. Read our Review Guidelines.
• Written for everyone living in Finland, starting in English.

Aitoarvio is an independent website run by Mir Hasan Jamil, based in Finland. It is not owned by, or paid by, any of the brands listed.
